One of the benefits of advertising on ArlingtonParent.com is the personal attention you will receive.  You can change the wording, images, and details of your listing at any time.  We work with you to advertise your events, classes and promotions. Your business will have an opportunity to be in our newsletters that go out directly to all of our subscribers and you can post special discounts on our site in Parent Perks.  The purpose of our website is to connect with the community.  We want you to have a positive experience and the best opportunity to reach the market you are targeting.  We offer the most affordable advertising locally and we will work with you to put together the best package to meet your needs.

    Editorial Calendar 2010

 

Basic Package - $400 year ($1.09/day) 

• Receive a listing on all applicable pages.
• The listing includes: business name, address, phone number, logo and up to 150-word description.
• Receive a link back to your site.
• Post events & activities on calendar. (We can post all your calendar events for an additional $150 min.)
• Post discounts on Parent Perks.
• Your business will be posted on our homepage for a minimum of one week & posted in a newsletter.
• Invitation to annual ArlingtonParent.com mixer. (Listed businesses & sponsors only)
• $35 of your annual fee includes your business membership.

Non-Profit Package - $200 year ($0.54/day) 

• Same benefits as the basic package, for non-profit organizations only.
• Opportunity to post needs & volunteer opportunities on Families Giving Back & profile in Non-Profit Spotlight.
• We can post all your calendar events for an additional $150/year min.
• $35 of your annual fee includes your business membership.

Support Package - $100 year ($0.27/day)

• Same benefits as the basic package.
• This is for childcare programs & churches only.
• Also applies to summer camps that do not offer other programs throughout the year.
• $35 of your annual fee includes your business membership.

Premium Package - $450 year ($1.23/day)   

This is a great package if you do not have your own website.

• Same benefits as the basic package.
• The initial set up is $100 for the personal page.
• Please send email with text, logos, photos you would like on your personal page (fliers 600w, up to 800h).
• $35 of your annual fee includes your business membership.

Business Membership - $35 year

This option is not available for those qualifying for the support package.

• Available to businesses that fit into one of our Local Resources category.
• The listing includes business name, address, phone number.
• Post events and activities on events calendar (logo not included).
• Post discounts on Parent Perks (logo not included).

Newsletter Advertising: Increase visibility with newsletter ads. Reach households weekly with our parent e-newsletter.

(The newsletter is sent out to families via email weekly.)

• Rate:  $100 - 1 Ad ($400 - 5 Ads, 20% discount ...ads to be used within 6 months)                                    Ad Design Rate:  If you need an ad design, there is an additional $50/ad (contracted out with graphic designer).
• Ad Specs:  180w x 150h pixels (jpg format)                                                                                         Ad Specs for SPONSORS ONLY:  180w x 300h and 728w x 90h 
• Reserve Ad Space:  Fill out online AD contract to submit your ad and specify which month in comments section.  You can also pay immediately with a credit card through Pay Pal.
