Online Contract Renewal

I understand that all package prices are based on a one year contract and that I am responsible for making all payments.

Payments are due before your advertisement/listing will be posted on the site. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks. Payments more than 30 days past due are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. You will be sent an invoice via email.

At the end of one year, you have the option to renew your package. We will send a renewal invoice via email and it is the businesses responsibility to tell us whether they would like to continue with their listing. Rates are subject to change at the end of contract but will not affect current year. We will provide our mailing address in your confirmation email.

I understand that I am responsible for all content I provide about my business for my listing description, parent perks, logo, newsletter ads and calendar submissions. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify you if there are changes to my business. I understand that the "site owner" is not responsible for any misleading information given out to "site users" through my listing nor will they be held responsible for services or products provided by my business or organization.
